“Clean rooms staff was very attentive. Everything was great.”

“The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience.”

“We never stayed at the hotel as we had entered the wrong date by accident and they refused to help us out even when they still available rooms they left it till after our check in time and then let know they couldn’t help us so we had to other accommodation and they kept our money”

“I enjoyed the property. My room was next to the ice machine room and a buzz would happen every so often. The toilet had a small leak and would fill often. With the door closed and the sound machine on, it was barely noticeable. I had an issue with the heater and deadlock. Both were addressed promptly by staff. Over all, would stay there again.”
